Beginner Adult Ballet (18+)

In this class, we will focus on building a strong foundation in ballet, covering technical terminology, proper body placement, and alignment. Our goal is to establish these fundamentals so that students are prepared to progress into more advanced combinations with confidence.

Recommended attire includes fitted tops and bottoms made from stretchy, comfortable materials that allow for ease of movement. Ballet slippers are strongly encouraged; however, if they are not accessible, students may participate barefoot or in non-slip socks. Hair should be secured neatly away from the face to support focus and proper technique
