In this class you will be learning the 21 movements of a form of Qigong called Tai Chi Chau. Of the six different forms of Qigong that I have learned and practiced, this one is my favorite because it seems to get the flow of energy (Qi) within the body, moving more quickly than others I've learned. There for receiving the full benefit more quickly. 

We'll start with a few warm-up exercises. Then jump right into the first movement. I'll show you one movement at a time allowing plenty of practice before moving on to the next movement. 

Each movement is simple, easy to learn and has the potential to cultivate the innate energy (Qi) within each of us. This practice is not only fun, but can be life changing in the sense of both mental and physical health. So please join us for this non-competitive, low impact, safe, social and fun class that just might change your life for the better. And who doesn't want that?
